Simon Ellis
Director
A veteran of three marathons, Simon has also proved his financial endurance over the last twenty years, specialising in Mortgages and Protection. With Mortgages, he has the hard-won knowledge and vast experience in this complex area, to help you to consider all of your possible options. And with regard to Protection, Simon is particularly proud of his success in securing cover for people with serious medical challenges, such as MS and high blood pressure, as well as those in roles where they are exposed to danger.

Nicola Pilling
Equity Release & Mortgage Adviser
Nikki has been advising on equity release since 2003, and on mortgages for even longer, putting honesty and transparency at the heart of all that she does. She is passionate about giving people the right advice, happy to walk away if she believes that a particular course of action is not right for an individual. She cites one of her proudest moments as securing equity release for a widowed gentleman to invest in the domestic enhancements and mobility aids that enabled him to enjoy the use of all of his house, rather than just one room.

Nicky Ellis
Business Manager
Since joining Compass in November 2017, already with decades of property experience behind her, Nicky has become our Customer Relationship Management system guru, taking over communication, administration, data input and operational support roles. Therefore allowing Dave, Simon, Nikki and Rhiannon to do what they do best, only better and faster. In her spare time, Nicky enhances her creative skills through painting and custom cake making and loves spending time with her children and grandson.
